Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
This policy explains how Money Mission handles personal information when you use moneymissionja.com.
Who is responsible for your information?
Money Media Limited, based in Jamaica, operates this website. For privacy questions or requests, email business@moneymediaja.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line.
Information we collect
We collect the details you submit in course signup and enquiry forms, including your name, email address and message, and optional telephone or organisation details. Purchases and course enrolments can involve order, billing, delivery and course-account information through the relevant provider. Quiz answers and on-page planning inputs are processed in your browser; do not enter sensitive information.
Why we use information
We use information to provide the services you request, respond to enquiries, administer orders or course access where applicable, send updates you choose to receive, measure website and campaign performance, maintain security and meet legal obligations. The applicable basis depends on the activity: your consent, steps needed for a contract, legal obligations or another basis permitted by applicable law. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Services used on this site
Course signup forms use Kit, and enquiry forms use FormSubmit. Course and workbook checkout links use ThriveCart; course access is provided through the Money Mission community platform. Payment and delivery information is handled through checkout providers; we receive the order details needed to serve you. Embedded YouTube videos and external donation, broker and affiliate links can involve their respective providers.
Email and customer communications
Email signup forms identify the course or updates you are requesting. Use the unsubscribe link to stop marketing; essential order or access messages may still be sent.
Cookies and website measurement
Google Analytics measures visits and interactions using cookies and related identifiers. It can process device and browser information, pages visited, approximate location and referral information. We also store campaign source, referral and landing-page information and a randomly generated journey identifier in your browser’s local storage under mm_first_touch. These details can accompany checkout or referral links so we can understand which campaigns lead to enquiries or purchases. Local storage remains until replaced or cleared. Browser settings let you clear or block cookies and website storage; some features may then work differently. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Who receives information
Information is shared as needed with our authorised team and providers that operate the website, forms, email, analytics and any transactions or services you request. Providers may also process information under their own privacy policies. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights. External websites and social platforms have their own privacy practices; review their policies before submitting information.
Processing outside Jamaica
Our online providers may process information outside Jamaica, including in the United States and other countries where they operate. Overseas processing is subject to applicable data protection requirements. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your request.
How long information is kept
Retention depends on the purpose and applicable requirements. Enquiry information is needed while responding and managing any resulting relationship; subscription information is needed while providing requested emails, with limited suppression records needed to honour opt-outs. Transaction and related correspondence may need to be retained for accounting, legal obligations or disputes. Analytics retention follows the service’s configured settings, and browser attribution storage remains until replaced or cleared. Contact us for the retention period applicable to a particular record.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe using the link in our marketing emails or contact us to withdraw marketing consent. Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion where permitted, or that certain processing stop. Some records must be retained for legal or contractual reasons. We may request reasonable verification before releasing or changing personal data. You may complain to Jamaica’s Office of the Information Commissioner at oic.gov.jm.
Security and information you submit
No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not send card details, passwords or sensitive personal information through enquiry forms. Share only the information needed for your request.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change. The date above identifies the latest version. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for a new use of personal information.
